1.  Ordering begins with knowing your size.  If you already know the dimensions of the bike you want, let us know and we will put the numbers into BikeCAD, then consult with you to confirm.  If you don’t know the proper dimensions of the bike you want, there are several measurements we need to know (in mm).

• Top tube length
• Seat tube length
• Seat tube angle

It will be helpful if you tell us your height and weight, the purpose of your riding, your level of performance, and any other physical characteristic about yourself that needs to be considered.  If you are in Houston, you can come to our shop and be fitted on our sizing bike.  If you are not in Houston, you can be fitted by a local professional bike fitter.  Be sure to get the three measurements above.

2.  Once you have your dimensions, we will draw up the bike on BikeCAD for your review.

3.  After you review and approve the plans, we will begin building your frame.  *Half the frame price is due when we begin build.*

4.  When the frame is complete, we will send the frame out for painting.

5.  Finally, we will check the final product and add any other extra parts you’ve ordered, and send the frame to you.  *The other half is due before we ship it to you.*
