At Samurai Cycle Works, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their frames.   Each original owner is entitled to a 5 year warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship.  (This warranty, however, can not cover damage caused by crash, misuse or unusual wear.)  Please contact us immediately if you have a question or issue concerning the quality of your frame.  Also, remember that Koh can do difficult frame repair in case you do crash.   We understand that accidents do happen and we are here to help.
